After-School Tutorial Guidelines

After-School Tutorial

Please review the following tutorial guidelines and expectations,
if you plan on your student attending:

• After-school tutorial runs from 2:45 - 3:45 (Mon-Thurs). There is NO tutorial on Fridays.

• Student are to be picked up promptly at 3:45. 

• We ask that if your student attends tutorial, they stay for the entire time. Students picked up during tutorial can be a distraction to the rest of the students attending. Students will not be released until 3:45.
  

• We ask that if your student is NOT attending tutorial, they be picked up by 3:00 pm

• Any student attending After-School Tutorial is expected to be working the entire time. Since this is a privilege and not considered part of the school day, students who are not using this time productively will have their families contacted to be picked up immediately and will lose this privilege.

• It is the student's responsibility to attend the classes that they feel will be most beneficial. Students will need to remain in one class each day, so they will need to choose the class where they need the most support. Please discuss with your student which class would be most helpful to them.

• Students who attend tutorial will most likely still have some homework to complete (including daily reading assignment). Please refer to teacher calendars to check daily assignments.
